Description of Jewellery

This piece draws from geometric motifs found in Ming-dynasty palace decoration, where repeated divisions and measured outlines formed the structure of the design. The motif is adapted here into a compact format suited to contemporary jewellery.

The composition sets the elements in a balanced arrangement, keeping attention on proportion and the clarity of the outline. Made in 990 silver using traditional filigree techniques, the earrings retain the defined contours characteristic of this craft.

The earrings present a long-standing architectural structure in a distilled contemporary form, with proportion and outline guiding its resolution.
